This blue morpho butterfly necklace features real blue morpho butterfly wings under resin. NO butterflies are harmed as the wings are collected only after the butterfly has lived out its natural lifespan.

This blue morpho necklace includes a large butterfly pendant in the center. The real butterfly wings are encased in clear resin so that you can see both sides of the butterfly wing. The front side is blue and the backside is brown.

The center butterfly pendant measures 1.75 inches tall (including the bail) by 2 inches wide.  The pendant is on a 5 strand cotton cord necklace, that has a silver extender chain at the end that allows it to adjust in length from 17 to 18 inches.

All metal in this necklace is sterling silver.
