These Blue Morpho butterfly wing and sterling silver earrings are made from naturally expired real butterfly wings. No butterflies are harmed. The real butterfly wings are encased in clear resin so that you can see both sides of the butterfly wing. One side of the Blue Morpho butterfly wing is a bright iridescent blue, while the other side is brown. Please note that since each wing is natural, the coloration and markings may slightly vary from the example pictured.

These butterfly wing earrings measure approximately 1.5” long (including the ear wires) by 0.8” wide. Please note that the dime is not included but is shown to help you gauge the size of the butterfly jewelry. The earrings use a classic hook style ear wire that fits easily into the ear. The side of each earring is stamped with “925” so you can rest assured you are getting genuine .925 sterling silver.
